This past weekend I was in a fight (man was extremely aggressive with my wife and then turned on me).  While I tried to extract ourselves from the situation, it unfortunately escalated into a bad fist fight.  I ended up with tooth punctures to my knuckles which resulted in significant blood.  We both suffered some degree of facial lacerations with blood present.  While it is unclear how much blood to blood contact occurred, it did occur. I was told this person appeared to be a drug user.  What is my risk for HIV and what should I be doing in response to my injuries / risk?

While I appreciate the answer, I am confused.  What is it about this blood to blood contact that makes this a non exposure event?  Is it the location of the wound, the depth of the wound, other?

In the history of HIV there has never been anyone infected by fighting and you won't be the first

HIV is rendered inactive and unable to infect when it is outside the body and exposed to air. (i.e. blood on hands etc.)

Regarding an answer about HIV transmission... If an open, bleeding wound (on the hand) came into contact with an HIV infected person's blood, are you saying there is no chance of HIV?  If your answer is NO CHANCE, why?

回答是 ：没有风险

我非常感激您的回答但我疑惑的是什么原因让这样的情况都没有风险呢？是受伤的部位呢？还是伤口的深度？还是其他？

回答是：自从有了hiv就没有人通过打架感染过，您不会是第一个。hiv离开人体就不具备传染的能力。比如你手上的血。

非常感谢您关于hiv传染的回答，但是一个新鲜的伤口（手上的）进去了有hiv的血液您也会说不会感染吗？若您的回答是否，为什么？

看来我真的没有必要那么恐。。。。

没人来看看嘛？这个例子可以解释很多相关的啊，比如恐实心针刺，比如恐sy的yj有伤口接触xj分泌物之类的。

我是皮试针眼没有完全愈合，可能接触到了测hiv人的血！。。。
会不会有事啊？

现在我感觉好像这个hiv的传染跟我们所想的不一样。。。刚刚我在medhelp上面看到有个家伙打架动了刀的，然后自己和对方都有刀伤，结果teak说没危险。。。 朋友，你这个没问题的，我看了下medhelp上面提到不会从环境中感染。

真的是好资料啊，我恐了5天了，就是手指有伤口，碰到了小姐的分泌物。。睡都睡不好。。担心会感染。
然后莫名的是，我脖子上挂着的这颗头，每天都火辣辣的，在发热，和喝了酒脸红的效果一样。头是倒是不疼。脖子以下是正常的。。。还有这5天都心神不宁。
